About Me

I’m Gabriele Bianchi, born in 1995 in Cecina (Italy) and I’ve dedicated my life to the art of service.

My journey started in some of the most prestigious dining rooms in the country, working inside world-renowned kitchens such as Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Da Vittorio in Bergamo, and Villa Crespi alongside the iconic Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo.

In 2019, my commitment and passion were recognized with the title of “Best Waiter in Italy”, awarded by Emergente Sala: a milestone that changed the direction of my career.

But I’m not only a maître or sommelier. I’ve spent years studying tea, herbal infusions and botanical beverages, becoming one of the leading specialists in high-end gastronomy.
This expertise earned me a place in the Forbes 2022 “Under 30” list among the top young leaders shaping the future of Food & Drink.

My mission has always been the same:
to bring dignity, beauty and clarity back into the world of service.

That’s why I started sharing my experience online: to inspire young professionals and show the behind-the-scenes truth of this profession.
TV and radio appearances helped amplify that message even more.

Today, I run my own hospitality consulting and training company, supporting restaurants, hotels and professionals who want to elevate their service, strengthen their teams and embrace a modern vision of the dining experience.
